At PTC, we have six high-precision imported Japanese surface grinding machines, all of which can control dimensions within 0.005 mm (5 microns) accuracy. We consistently maintain all our machines in good condition through periodic maintenance procedures. Additionally, we invest heavily in modern accessories for the machines to ensure accuracy. We always use the best wheels available on the international market. We are capable of grinding various materials, including carbides, ceramic, hardened tool steels, AMPCO alloys, and beryllium copper alloys.
